These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Laura Chic online store.

1. Prices "All prices are displayed in *EUR (€) and include applicable VAT"*

2. Order Confirmation Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — we reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or payment issues.

3. Payment Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery Orders are fulfilled by our dropshipping suppliers. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Laura Chic is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

6. Returns & Refunds To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Disputes Any disputes will be handled in accordance with French consumer protection law.
