Right of Withdrawal (EU Law) As an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

How to Return: Email us at lauraonlineshopping63@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Important – Dropshipping Notice: Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Return shipping address will be provided upon request. We are not responsible for customs delays.

Damaged or Wrong Items: Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Non-Returnable: Opened cosmetics and hygiene products for health/safety reasons.
