Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at lauraonlineshopping63@gmail.com or call +33 744 203 309 within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: opened cosmetics, skincare products that have been used, and items without original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at lauraonlineshopping63@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
